1. 完成从C#到Java，从.NET到Java *E，从微软技术到开源一套的迁移。
2. 编写2到3个有价值的小型应用（有价值的小型应用是什么？参考我的朋友UglyTroLL和Fdream的有关作品）
3. 启动校园的开源社区。

研究

1. 完成硕士研究项目的所有文档、现有代码整理以及未来工作计划。
2. 完成1篇到2篇科技论文，并在相关期刊发表。
3. 认真完成毕业论文，争取优秀硕士论文与优秀硕士毕业生。

BBS

1. 完成白云黄鹤站的新一次站规修订。
2. 完成白云黄鹤站的需求/功能分析设计文档。
3. 联络一次站点线下活动。
4. 为站点贡献不低于10篇的原创文章。

生活

1. 每周3次到4次健身房，每周一次篮球，毕业前减掉10公斤体重，并加强各方面的力量。
2. 走一次长江一桥。
3. 去一次古德寺，一次归元寺，一次宝通寺。
4. 在电影院看五场电影。
5. 读完“IBM魔戒三部曲”：《沃森传：特立独行者他的IBM帝国》，《小沃森自传》，《谁说大象不能跳舞? 》
6. 吃佳丽广场的章鱼丸子（路过无数次就是没买过，比光谷的丸子大多了）。
7. 四月份之前去上海拜访公司一次。

计划已经很厚实了，最后一句话是：停止空谈，开始行动。看看毕业的时候回头来能完成多少个项目。

This is the last winter vacation in my student days. Life in hometown is slow and comfortable, you can simply do nothing but relax and enjoy things here. Although the vacation is short, no more than 20 days break from school, but enough for me to adjust to be ready for new challenges in the following days.

Unconsciously see the twitter link of IBM research when I open the homepage of the organization.

And they place their research blog on blogspot.com, many youtube videos to show the latest research achievements.

And also on facebook...

It seems that research institutions in China will never utilize SNS for promotion and information exchanging. Homepage is indispensable, but far from information modernization. Why? Are minds too rigid? Or our internet society is not yet developed enough?

Never hesitate to share your life with people

The low quality photo below was shot by my nokia yesterday when I walked along the road myself around 17:15. This view simply moved me, the silence of the empty campus, the emptiness, withered trees and the quiet sunset, so I took out my phone and shot, then sent the picture out to F.

Thanks to MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), we can share whatever we want to share whenever we want to share. Never hesitate to share your life with people, things will get better.

上次看nonono在版上说到粥，今天本打算去循礼门吃“粥道”的财鱼粥的。不过到了饭点，坐在生活剧场的我们其实对粥并没有太大兴趣，加之懒得跑远。听说新世界边上有家东北烤肉不错便找过去了。

店子不算大，也基本没有装修，但生意好得出奇。五点半我们拿到号，33，前面排了20来个。坐着等了会儿人把门都给堵了，N多三三五五开车过来吃的，队也排到了门外去了。等了半个小时等到了座位。

两个人点了一个牛肉锅底，送4盘菜，生菜，粉丝，酸包菜，千张。然后点了一份拉皮，一份黄金糕，外一份五花肉，一份金针菇，我另外还点了一瓶东北小烧。

酸包菜和肉一起吃非常赞，金针菇烤着也很好吃，五花肉虽然味道很好但是很油，少吃为好。黄金糕还可以，就是有点腻。不知道是不是太久没喝白酒的缘故，觉得酒比较烧人，二两不到的量喝了半天。把烤菜吃完后可以喊服务员来加汤煮送的其他三个菜。一开始以为千张是烤的，结果一扔进去就被一个MM服务员喝停了，第一次吃这个，做了一些圡事，每当我拿起木头铲子翻东西的时候，边上那个很nice的服务员就跑过来帮我们弄……

最后没要发票少了14块钱，结了70。点得有点多了，三个人都够吃了。总体说来还不错，偶尔去吃个新鲜也是可以的。

未来的那个夏天离开学校以后，就再很难看到像这样一排自行车整齐摆在安静的路灯下的镜头了。如果运气好点儿的话，还能拍到一个看自行车的小同学，如此画面内容能更加丰富一些。这是大学里的一道风景线，当然并不是所有的学校都能像华工这样有那么多学生骑车的，我在华师就很少见自行车，那的地形实在是没法用于开展这项活动。

今年放假格外早，人已经稀少起来。这样的校园才更正宗一些——我从来就讨厌东九、西十二下课时路上人满为患的场景。拥挤与聒噪并不应该属于大学，但悲剧的是，静谧与优雅已经远离了我们，并不见复苏的希望。

昨天逛aw的博客发现了一个叫做Google Friend Connect的东西，这个东西是干嘛的呢？

官方站点目前还没有中文版的，代为简单翻译一下好了

Embedded PhotoZoom

PhotoZoom makes it easy for anyone to create zooming albums from their uploaded photos. It is an experimental site, developed at Microsoft, that uses the Deep Zoom technology in Silverlight 2.

The following image is a so-called digital pathology slide. The slide was mosaiced from 396 image tiles, with the full size of 26544 x 16412. I spent several weeks on the mosaic algorithm and finally worked it out using MATLAB 7. The result you see was generated by my ugly and brute MATLAB code.

The deep zoom technology can be used in the online Digital Slide View.

X-mas Card

Today I saw this photo at Ray's blog, the X-mas tree in her house, with several cards hanging on it. On the X-mas day when all the buddies gathering at Ray's, she gave each one a card as a gift, told us to write down the blessing words and leave the card on the X-mas tree.

The half-opened one was mine, you can see some words, they are my best and sincerest and deepest wishes for the new year, a good start for my career at IBM, a good job offer for someone, and a long-longing romance.

Years pass with lots of affections that we wouldn't notice, but we should always remember friends, as without them, we're actually nothing.

普通家用相机夜间拍摄总是一件让人郁闷的事情，看不到清晰的面貌，但夜间那不同于白天的氛围还是可以通过黑白色的画面体触得到的。人愈多的地方，愈是容易散发出孤单寂寞的光芒。司门口的熙熙攘攘充裕着市井的亲和感，中华路的车塞车，户部巷的人挤人，也就是正统汉味小吃的滋味。

Application Overview of Virtual Slide System

This diagram shows an application overview of virtual slide system. Service data and pathology image data are stored in the backend servers. Core components in the middle implement core functions of the system, including cooperation and interaction with backend servers, offering application interfaces for upper software and external services. Core components can be embedded into desktop software products of virtual slide system to build up C/S application. And these components can be deployed in the web server to provide websites or web services via grid or cloud computing platform. Users use the system by accessing the sites, while other developers can construct 3rd party application on the system API in the secondary development.

马自达十二星座广告

很精辟地展现了十二星座的核心性格，当然，最核心的是车。

山寨文化又一力作

最开始看到这幅海报时，还以为是日剧《Last Friends》（点击链接查看）忠实粉丝的PS致敬作品。其实，这是李亚鹏执导的话剧《将爱情进行到底》（点击链接查看）的海报。

注意到《Last Friends》海报中所有人物只有左下的瑛太是睁眼的，而山寨版海报中同样是这个位置的人物没有闭上眼睛，不过换成了一个MM。山寨版同样使用了“丝带”来表现人物之间的纠结，不过，似乎用的是礼品店里常见的用来扎花的带子，过强的硬度直接让整个画面一丁点美感都没有了。

就不多做评论了，大家看着乐一下吧，新年新气象。
